1. Cook the pasta shapes according to the packet instructions. Add the broccoli for the last three minutes.
2. Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. Remove any bits of skin.
3. Carefully slice the spring onions.
4. Make a dressing by mixing together the honey, vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil.
5. Mix together the pasta, broccoli, chicken, spring onions, sweetcorn and the dressing.
6. Your pasta salad is now ready to eat.
1. Using a hand blender, blend together the bananas chopped up, mango juice,honey and yogurt.
2. Blend for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is well combined and thickened in to a ‘smoothie’
3. Pour into two tall glasses and add one heaped dessert spoon of muesli to the top of each glass.
1 Thread the fruit onto 8 small wooden skewers.
2 Warm the honey and orange juice, use to brush the fruit.
3 Grill 2-3 minutes, turning and basting hallway.
1 Pre-heat the oven to 180oC. Line the baking tray with greaseproof paper.
2 Add the margarine, syrup and sugar to a pan and heat over a gentle heat until melted.
3 Add the oats, dried fruit and seeds to the sugary mix in the pan.
4 Put the mix into the baking tray and press flat
5 Bake for 25 – 30 minutes until golden.
6 Leave to cool then enjoy!
